Functions in the Botanic Gardens

Enjoy the tranquil surrounds, outside on the Terrace, overlooking the Botanic Gardens, combined with fine food, attentive service and great company.

We are available for group bookings during the day and can be exclusively yours for evening events, with a minimum of 40 guests.

Consider us for your next Breakfast Event, Luncheon, Afternoon Drinks, Cocktail Party, Buffet Dinner or Formal Gathering and we will assist in creating a unique and memorable experience to be enjoyed by all.

Seating
The outdoor Terrace Area is suitable for a sit-down event for up to 120 guests or a Cocktail Party for 150/200 guests, leaving the lower Terrace area free for Dancing or entertainment. Seating is at round tables of 10, clothed with crisp white linen.

In the event of inclement weather, the Café interior and covered pergola area is available. The Café interior will seat 100 guests at round tables of 10, leaving the pergola area free for Dancing.

Flowers
Small table arrangements are included for all tables, to match your chosen colour scheme.

Entertainment
We are pleased to recommend a number of Bands and DJ’s for your musical entertainment. Alternately, you are welcome to bring your own selection on your laptop and we can provide a PA System and speakers.
