TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
A deposit of $250.00 is required to confirm the booking which must be received within fourteen days of your original booking. If such confirmation is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to another client.
In the event that your confirmed booking must be cancelled, the following conditions will apply:
60 days or more Your full deposit will be refunded provided the date is resold
30 to 60 days 50 percent of your deposit will be refunded provided the date is resold
Less than 30 days The full deposit will be forfeited if less than 30 days’ notice is given
GUARANTEED NUMBERS
To ensure our maximum efficiency, a guaranteed number of guests is required two full working days prior to the event. This will be regarded as the minimum number for the catering and charges.
VENUE HIRE
A Venue Hire Fee of $75.00 and Gate Security Fee of $25.00 per hour is applicable for every function held at Hudsons in the Gardens.
TIME EXTENSION
A labour charge of $150.00 is applicable for each hour after midnight. A labour charge of 15% on Sundays and Public Holidays is applicable to the total food and beverage account.
PRICE VARIATION
Prices are subject to seasonal variation and change without notification and are inclusive of GST.
WEDDING CAKE
We are happy to plate and serve your wedding cake for your dessert.
Should you delete the suggested desserts and choose to do this, the menu price
would be reduced by $4.00 per head

REQUIREMENTS
At least two days prior to your function we require the following:
• Seating plan
• Place Cards
• Full payment of food charges
• Final guest numbers
Full payment of the beverage charges is required within seven days of the function.
