Our Process Has Been Streamlined Over More Than 35 Years To Ensure Success For Your Event

Step One: Discovery

To help us understand your needs, please complete our FREE consultation and quote form HERE including as much detail as possible. If you would prefer to speak to a member of our professional team, simply call 6255 1215. We are also happy to meet you in person or make a site inspection, at this stage, depending on your requirements.

Step Two: Quote with options

We will review your request and get back to you with a detailed quote outlining the options and suggestions within twenty four hours. You can make any revisions to your quote at this stage if need be. The more detailed the information you provided us during step one, the more accurate we are able to be with your quote.

Step Three: Booking your catering

Once you have approved your quote, a 20% deposit is required for any private catering and your catering job is booked. We will touch base again one week before the catering is required, to confirm your final numbers, any dietary requirements and firm up all the finer details.

Step Four: Preparation and Delivery

On the day of your event, your catering is prepared in our commercial kitchen and is sent out in refrigerated vans to ensure freshness is maintained.

Step Five: Presentation of food and arrival of staff

Our professional team will present your items beautifully for your guests to enjoy. If you are using our service staff for your event, they will arrive prepared, briefed and well presented to look after your guests from start to finish, including the cleaning up.

Step Six: Final Invoice

Within 7 days after your completed event, we will send you a final invoice for payment. Payment can be made by Direct Credit into our account or by Credit Card over the phone. Please note however, credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge.
